Shan practices in privacy, cyber security, corporate/commercial, internet and international franchise law. He has negotiated, reviewed, and drafted legal documents with several technology service company's including, but not limited to, Hubspot, Google, BigCommerce, and Adobe.

He is an Executive Member of the Ontario Bar Association's Privacy and Access to Information Law section and a founder of the health technology start-up LoopMD.
Shan is also an experienced IT/Management consultant having worked for several large technology companies, such as HP, D-Link, LG, and WSI prior to becoming a lawyer. He has been a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada and drafted their conflicts and ethics policy.
